Check your inbox and junk for an email from Royal Mail. This email will have your tracking number. If you did not receive this email or the estimated delivery time has elapsed then please contact Telegram support.

You can cancel or amend your order as long as it has not been dispatched. Please contact support with your order number for help.

Due to the nature of the business we cannot accept refunds. If you are unhappy with your product then please contact our support team.

Discount codes are entered during checkout. Press the “Have a coupon” link under the delivery notes and then enter your code.

All our products are THC products.

We accept bank transfer and crypto payments. We can accept cash-app payments. Please contact the support team for the newest details or if you cannot pay your invoice with the bank details on the site.

The cut-off point is 2PM for same day dispatch. If you miss the cut-off point then please contact the support team to ask if your order can be dispatched that day. Please note we do not dispatch unless the payment has cleared.

The affiliate program is open for everyone that has made a purchase with us. Please sign up using the dashboard in “My accounts” if you have any trouble signing up or if your application has not been accepted then please contact the support team.

  • Phone number: To contact you if there are any urgent issues with your order. The phone number also serves as a backup in case you do not receive your emails as there are occasional issues with hotmail and Outlook.
  • Email: To send tracking and order confirmations.
  • Tracked 24 arrives the next day 80% of the time.
  • Special Delivery by 1PM arrives the next day 95% of the time. It needs to be signed for.
  • We can only reship after 7 days of no delivery due to Royal Mail being allowed to take that many days to deliver.
