Referral & Rewards Are Live

We've been building this quietly for months, and today it's on. Two programmes, running side by side, both automatic. The Drop Pass rewards you for shopping like you already do, and the Referral Ladder pays you store credit when friends you invite become regulars. No points maths, no voucher codes. Credit lands in your wallet and comes off your next card order at checkout.

The Drop Pass

Every £1 you spend earns 1 XP. XP climbs a ladder of ten levels over a season (a calendar quarter), and every level pays out. Level 1 unlocks at just £75 with free delivery on your next order. From there the store credit keeps climbing, level 6 doubles your XP for a whole week, level 7 drops a surprise free item into your parcel, and the finale at £2,000 is £75 credit plus another surprise item. Anything you earn is yours to keep, even after the season resets and everyone starts a fresh run.

The Referral Ladder

  • Your personal code lives on the Referrals page in your account, ready to share as a link.
  • Your friend gets £15 off their first order of £40 or more.
  • Every time a friend completes 3 paid orders of £60 or more, you earn a star, paid instantly in store credit.
  • Stars stack up for good and unlock tiers, from Bronze to Diamond, with bigger payouts per star and standing perks like free delivery and a discount on everything you buy.
  • Refer someone who spends £400 in their first 30 days and that's a Gold Star: 3 stars at once plus an instant £40 bonus.

The one rule worth repeating

You need to be logged in to your free account when you order. Guest checkout orders don't earn XP or count toward stars. Creating a login takes under a minute, and from then on everything counts automatically.

Where to start

The Rewards page on the site is the full guide: every level, every tier, and the rules that keep it fair for everyone. The numbers you see today are a starting point, not set in stone. We'll be watching how the first season plays out and tuning as we go, and honest feedback is always welcome in the chat.
