No forty pages of legalese here. These are the actual rules we run the shop by: how ordering and delivery work, what happens when something goes wrong, how rewards and store credit behave, and the small number of things that get an account banned. It's the same deal our support team applies in chat every day, written down.
These are the rules of the shop, written the way we'd explain them in chat. By placing an order on pot-drop.org you're agreeing to them.
pot-drop.org is the only site we operate. We have no other websites, no app, and we will never contact you first asking for payment. If a lookalike site or account asks you for money, it isn't us.
We've kept everything in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us in the chat before you order.
We accept card payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, ETH, MATIC and BNB). We don't offer PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, bank transfer or cash on delivery.
Payment happens at checkout when you press Place Order. We never send payment links, and card payments are handled by a secure external payment page, so your card details never touch our systems. Your bank statement shows a neutral descriptor.
• Orders hold your items for 15 minutes. If payment isn't completed in that window, the order cancels automatically to free the stock (any store credit used is returned to your account automatically).
• If your payment lands after the 15-minute window, it isn't lost. The order goes to the team for a manual stock check before it's confirmed, so the confirmation email may take a little longer.
• Unpaid orders older than 48 hours are removed entirely. If that happens, just place a fresh order.
• An order marked "pending payment" means nothing has been charged.
There's no minimum order, and guest checkout is available, though rewards, store credit and referrals only work with a free account.
Every order ships with Royal Mail in plain, unbranded, smell-proof packaging. Nothing on the outside says what's in it or who it's from.
• Standard delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 24 at £5, and it's free when your order reaches £100. Most orders arrive the next day, though next-day is not a guarantee on the standard service.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm is £10, always charged regardless of order size, and is the only service with a guaranteed delivery time. It's also the only service that asks for a signature.
• We dispatch Monday to Friday with a 2pm (UK) cut-off, measured by when your payment clears. Before 2pm on a weekday, your order ships the same day. After 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays, it ships the next working day. Order before 2pm on a Friday and it typically arrives Saturday.
• We deliver anywhere in the UK: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including hotels and PO boxes. We don't ship outside the UK.
Royal Mail emails your tracking number after dispatch (check spam), and you can follow progress on our Track page. Once a parcel is with Royal Mail, redelivery, safe-place instructions and collection are arranged directly with Royal Mail through your tracking link.
Need to change your delivery address? That's only possible before dispatch, so message us with your order number straight away. Once it's shipped, the address can't be changed.
We will never ask you to pay an extra fee to receive a parcel. Any message demanding a release fee or customs charge is a scam. Ignore it and let us know.
Once your parcel is with Royal Mail, the journey is in their hands, but we don't disappear. Here's how it works:
• If tracking hasn't updated for 3 or more working days since dispatch, or shows delivered but nothing arrived, message us with your order number.
• If a parcel is undelivered within 7 days of its ship date, we'll look into reshipping your order or finding another solution.
• If Royal Mail has confirmed delivery with a photo at your address, we can't refund or replace that order. We'll give you every dispatch detail you need to raise a claim with Royal Mail, and anything more we do in that situation is goodwill, not obligation.
• If a delivery fails because the address given at checkout was wrong or incomplete, the order isn't eligible for a refund or replacement. Returned-to-sender parcels don't come back to us. If this happens, talk to us. We'll always look at it, but any fix is at our discretion.
Our promise is simple: if we got it wrong, we put it right. Refunds and replacements cover items that were never sent, arrived faulty, or were the wrong order.
• Wrong item in your parcel? We send the correct one free of charge, and you keep what arrived by mistake as an apology. We never ask you to post anything back.
• Faulty items (for example a vape that won't work) are replaced. Report it as soon as you notice, with your order number. We'll usually ask for a photo or short video first.
• Cancelling an unshipped order? Message us and we'll cancel it. Card and crypto payments are refunded to the original payment method, which typically takes 2 to 7 working days depending on your bank. Orders paid with store credit are refunded as store credit.
• For everything else, like quality concerns, part-missing orders and one-off situations, remedies are a replacement or store credit, decided case by case by a human, not a machine.
One firm rule: talk to us before your bank. Raising a chargeback without contacting us first means a permanent ban from the shop. We resolve genuine problems quickly, and the chat is always the faster route.
If something isn't right with what arrived, tell us promptly and include photos. Evidence is what lets us fix things fast and fairly.
Resolutions are typically a replacement or store credit, sized to the issue. Full credit where something is genuinely wrong, partial where an item is usable but below par.
Budget-tier items (like Shake) are priced for what they are: batches vary by nature and that variability is reflected in the price, so they aren't eligible for quality claims in the way standard items are.
THC tier labels (low, mid, high) indicate relative potency only. We make no claims about effects, and nothing we sell is a medical product.
Store credit is applied automatically at checkout when you're signed in, no codes needed. It works on card payments only (not crypto). If credit covers your whole order there's no payment step at all; otherwise only the balance goes on your card.
• Credit from a refund never expires. Free promotional credit (referral, reward and welcome credit) expires 18 months after it's added.
• Credit is tied to your account and can't be transferred to anyone else.
• Rewards are earned on paid orders only. If an order is refunded or cancelled, the rewards it earned are reversed.
• The Drop Pass runs in seasons (calendar quarters): £1 spent = 1 XP, counted after discounts. XP resets each season; rewards you've earned are yours to keep.
• XP and rewards are earned only on orders placed while signed in to your account. Guest checkout orders don't earn XP, stars or rewards.
• A referral star is earned each time a friend you referred completes 3 paid orders of £60 or more. The friend welcome offer (£15 off) applies once, on a first order of £40 or more.
• Discounts never stack. When more than one could apply (bulk discount vs member discount), you automatically get the best one. The bulk discount is £50 off carts of 8 or more full-price items; it doesn't combine with sale items. Free-delivery rewards cover standard Tracked 24 only.
The full programme guide, with every level and tier, lives on the Rewards page.
The rewards programme is generous because most people play fair, and we protect it so it stays that way.
• One account per person. Referral rewards and welcome offers don't apply between accounts sharing the same delivery address, and a household can use the welcome offer once.
• Self-referrals, alias email addresses and similar tricks simply earn nothing, and repeated attempts get accounts flagged or banned.
• We may refuse, cancel or ban accounts where we see abuse, fraud or chargebacks. It's the only way to keep the programme running for everyone else.
Reward values may be tuned over time. Your account pages always show the live programme, and meaningful changes get announced on the Drop Journal.
You can change your email and password from your account page, and you can ask us to delete your account and personal data entirely at any time. We act on those requests promptly and free of charge.
Support conversations are kept for up to 12 months, then removed.
How we collect, use and protect your information is covered in full in our Privacy Policy.
Support lives in the chat bubble on the site. No app or phone number needed, and it works whether you have an account or not. Leafy answers the common questions instantly at any hour, and tapping "Talk to a human" brings in the team, who are typically around during UK daytime and evening hours.
You can also find us on Telegram (@potdropnews) and X (@PotDropUK), but orders, refunds and account matters are always handled in the on-site chat, where your conversation stays with your order history.
We're straight with you and we ask the same back. Our team resolves things faster than any bank, form or dispute process, so give them the chance first.
We update this page when the shop's rules change, and the version you're reading is always the live one. Significant changes get a mention on the Drop Journal and the site bell, so you're never caught out by fine print.
