How Referral & Rewards Work
Two programmes run side by side and both are automatic. The Referral Ladder pays you £10 of store credit for every star your friends earn you, and the Drop Pass is a seasonal ladder you climb just by shopping. No points maths, no vouchers: credit lands in your wallet and comes off your next order at checkout — card or crypto.
The Referral Ladder
Four steps, then it runs itself:
Find your code
It's on the Referrals page in your account. Every customer gets a unique code and a share link, ready to copy.
Send it to a mate
They can enter your code at signup, or just use your link and it fills in by itself.
They save £15
Your friend gets £15 off their first order of £40 or more, applied automatically at checkout.
You earn a star
When that friend completes 3 paid orders of £60+, a star lands in your account and pays £10 of credit instantly. One star per friend.
Stars stack up for good: they never reset and your tier never goes down. Every star pays the same £10 of store creditwhatever tier you're on. Climbing the ladder is about the perks:

The Star
Your friend completes 3 paid orders of £60 or more, and a star lands in your account with £10 of credit, instantly. One star per friend, at every tier.
The Gold Star
A friend who spends £400 within their first 30 days counts as a Gold Star: 3 stars at once plus an instant £40 bonus. Once per friend, and the fastest route up the ladder there is.
The Drop Pass
A battle pass, for your orders. £1 spent = 1 XP.
XP fills a ladder of ten levels over a season (a calendar quarter: January to March, April to June, and so on). Pass a level and the reward is yours to keep, even after the season resets and everyone starts a fresh run.
An £80 order is 80 XP, which clears the £75 line: Level 1 unlocks on the spot and your next order ships free.

The Rules
Kept short and fair, so the programme stays generous for everyone:
- Rewards are earned on paid orders only, placed while signed in. Guest checkout earns nothing, and a guest order can't be credited back later. If an order is refunded or cancelled, everything it earned (XP, credit, stars, tier progress) is taken back.
- Your friend must be a genuinely new customer. Their welcome offer (£15 off) applies once, on a first order of £40 or more.
- A referral star is earned when a friend you referred completes 3 paid orders of £60 or more. Every star pays £10 of store credit, whatever your tier, and each friend can earn you one star.
- The Gold Star is the one exception: a friend who spends £400 within their first 30 days counts as 3 stars plus an instant £40 bonus. Once per friend.
- One account per person. You can't refer yourself, and referral rewards and welcome offers don't apply between accounts sharing the same delivery address.
- Share your code personally, with people you know or on your own social media. Don't post it on coupon or deal sites, don't spam it, and don't present it as an official store promotion.
- £1 spent = 1 XP, counted after discounts. The Drop Pass runs in seasons (calendar quarters): XP resets each season, and rewards you've already unlocked are yours to keep.
- Discounts never stack. When more than one could apply (bulk discount vs member discount), you automatically get the best one.
- Member perks (the tier discounts and Silver+ free delivery) each cover your first 4 orders per calendar month, resetting on the 1st. Free-delivery rewards from the Drop Pass are separate and don't count against that.
- Free delivery from any reward or tier covers standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24). Special Delivery is always charged.
- Store credit spends automatically at checkout on card and crypto orders — credit comes off first, you pay the remainder. It can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Credit from a refund never expires. Free promotional credit (referral, reward and welcome credit) expires 12 months after it's added.
- Gaming the system (fake accounts, self-referrals, banned sharing) means rewards are reversed, and accounts can be banned.
- We reserve the right to change, pause or withdraw either programme, or any reward value, at any time and without notice. Credit already in your wallet stays spendable.
