How Rewards Work
It's all automatic. The Drop Pass is a seasonal ladder you climb just by shopping, and every level you pass unlocks store credit, free delivery or a surprise free item. No points maths, no vouchers: credit lands in your wallet and comes off your next order at checkout — card or crypto.
The Drop Pass
A battle pass, for your orders. £1 spent = 1 XP.
XP fills a ladder of five levels over a season (a calendar quarter: January to March, April to June, and so on). Pass a level and the reward is yours to keep, even after the season resets and everyone starts a fresh run.
Three £90 orders make 270 XP, which clears the £250 line: Level 1 unlocks on the spot and £5 of credit lands in your wallet.

Store credit
Lands in your wallet the moment you earn it. It comes off automatically at checkout on card and crypto orders, no code to type.
Free delivery
Applied automatically at your next checkout, you'll see the delivery line drop to £0 (standard Tracked 24 delivery).
Surprise free items
Nothing to claim. The warehouse adds it to your next parcel and you find out when you open the box.
Refer a friend
Share your code from your account. When a friend signs up with it:
- You and your friend each get £10 store credit when their first order of £75 or more is dispatched (goods value after discounts, not counting delivery).
- Up to 3 referral rewards per quarter.
- Your friend's £10 lands on their account, ready for their next order.
- It has to be a genuinely new customer: not you, not another of your accounts, and not someone at your address.

The Rules
Kept short and fair, so the programme stays generous for everyone:
- You must be 18 or over to join.
- Rewards are earned on paid orders only, placed while signed in. Guest checkout earns nothing, and a guest order can't be credited back later. If an order is refunded or cancelled, the Drop Pass XP and credit it earned are taken back.
- One account per person.
- £1 spent = 1 XP, counted after discounts. The Drop Pass runs in seasons (calendar quarters): XP resets each season, and rewards you've already unlocked are yours to keep.
- Discounts never stack. The £50 bulk discount (8 or more full-price items) doesn't combine with sale-priced items.
- Free delivery from a Drop Pass reward covers standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24). Special Delivery is always charged.
- Store credit spends automatically at checkout on card and crypto orders — credit comes off first, you pay the remainder. It can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Credit from a refund never expires. Free promotional credit (Drop Pass and referral rewards) only expires after 12 months in a row with no orders and no store credit activity on your account.
- Gaming the system (fake or duplicate accounts, referring yourself) means rewards are withheld or reversed, and accounts can be banned.
- We reserve the right to change, pause or withdraw the programme, or any reward value, at any time and without notice. Credit already in your wallet stays spendable.
