The Drop Pass
Ten levels, one season (every calendar quarter). Your spend is your progress. Pass a level and the reward is yours to keep, even after the season resets. Most members clear Level 1 in their first few orders; the Finale is for legends.

The Gold Star
Refer someone who spends £500 within their first 30 days and they count as a Gold Star, worth 3 stars at once, plus an instant £40 credit bonus.
The Rules
Kept short and fair, so the programme stays generous for everyone:
- Rewards are earned on paid orders only. If an order is refunded or cancelled, the rewards it earned are taken back.
- The Drop Pass runs in seasons (calendar quarters). Your XP resets at the start of each season, but rewards you've already earned are yours to keep.
- £1 spent = 1 XP. Spend counts after any discounts are applied.
- A referral star is earned each time a friend you referred completes 3 paid orders of £35 or more.
- The friend welcome offer (£15 off) applies once, on a first order of £40 or more.
- One account per person. Referral rewards and welcome offers don't apply between accounts sharing the same delivery address.
- Discounts never stack: when more than one discount could apply (bulk discount vs member discount), you automatically get the best one.
- Free delivery rewards cover standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24). Special Delivery is always charged.
- Store credit can be spent at checkout on anything in the shop and never expires while your account is active.
- Reward values may be tuned over time, and your account pages always show the live programme.
