Support Has Moved to On-Site Chat

For a while now, if you needed a hand with an order, WhatsApp was the way to reach us. It did the job. But we've built something better, and it lives right here on the site. From now on, our main way to help you is the chat bubble in the bottom corner of every page. Tap it and you're talking to us.

Why we made the change

WhatsApp meant leaving the site, saving a number, and firing off a message into the void hoping it reached the right person. It worked, but it was clunky, and it kept your order and your conversation in two separate places. On-site chat fixes that. The chat sits next to everything we need to actually help you, so we can get to the bottom of things faster instead of asking you to dig out order numbers and screenshots.

What's better about it

  • It's already on every page. No saving numbers, no leaving the site. Just tap the bubble.
  • Your order sits right next to the chat, so we can look things up and sort them without the back and forth.
  • Common questions get an instant answer from our helper, and a real person is one tap away the moment you need one.
  • It's private. You don't have to hand over your phone number or move the conversation off the site to get help.
  • The whole thread stays in one place, so you never have to repeat yourself if you come back later.

What happens to WhatsApp

It's being wound down. WhatsApp will stay reachable for a short while so nobody mid-conversation gets left hanging, but it's on the way out and the on-site chat is where we're putting our attention. If you message the old number, we'll point you back to the chat anyway, so you may as well start there.

How to reach us

Look for the chat bubble in the bottom corner of any page and give it a tap. Ask away, and if you'd rather skip straight to a person, there's a Talk to a human option right inside it. Same team, same care, just somewhere that actually makes sense for sorting your order.
